Version 3 of our CRM suite edcom teamOffice is available. It has a completely new design and new modules, and offers numerous product enhancements and optimization to the user. The entry modules for office communication are eto Address, eto Correspondence and eto Contact + Lead (for customer contacts and/or leads and management of ToDos). Through the analysis function over all installed modules you quickly receive the current information related to a person or a company. edcom teamOffice is suitable for small and medium companies or for divisions/departments in large enterprises.

  • Prevention from accidentally deleting documents through an archive function - if users delete a document it gets the status "Archived"
  • Internal info mail to colleagues or executives with an editable text from within all modules; the info mails are logged in the tab "Info/Tracking"
  • User related security settings (read and edit access to documents)

teamOffice Address

edcom teamOffice Address provides the base for the creation and management of your customer relations. Its purpose is to record all company addresses and the corresponding contact persons that are then used to create contacts, leads, orders and invoices as well as to send newsletters and serial mailings.

teamOffice Contact + Lead

Never miss a due action regarding a business contact or forget a ToDo, properly document your leads: teamOffice Contact + Lead allows you to create call/contact documents as well as ToDos and leads. The leads cover all sales phases and contain the information for sales valuation and forecasts. The central system provides the information to anyone who may need it.

teamOffice Correspondence

teamOffice Correspondence enables you to create letter, faxes and e-mails - incoming and outgoing - or documents of the type info. Because of its central storage, the complete business correspondency is always traceable instead of being undiscoverable in all kinds of folders or personal mail or repositories.

teamOffice License

The module teamOffice License offers you not only a clear overview of the products your customers have purchased but also all relevant information on the maintenance terms, anniversaries and many more details.

teamOffice Order

teamOffice Order: the module that allows the accounting department to create orders and order confirmations, invoices and reminders, and offers. teamOffice Article is additionally available for managing items/products to have them available for selection in teamOffice Order.

teamOffice Project

An comprehensive and traceable project documentation plays a very important role in project management. The module eto Project allows you to fulfill this task: document and manage your enterprise projects.

teamOffice Purchase

The module teamOffice Purchase allows you to manage all incoming invoices, their due dates and their clearings.

teamOffice Time

This module allows you to record time spent on projects, support and any other service. It serves as the base for creating invoices for these services.

teamOffice Training

teamOffice Training helps you to manage all kinds of training courses, conferences or any other sort of event. Adding to the management of participants, trainers and resources, teamOffice Training offers special functions as printing name plates, lists of participants and order confirmations as well as the automatic creation of invoices (in teamOffice Order) and calendar entries (for the trainers).
